Size Guide

Avelqino dresses and tops are offered in letter sizing (XS through 3XL, depending on the style). Because each product is designed differently, the available size range and the measurements provided on the product page will vary. Before ordering, always check the specific size information listed on the item you are considering.

What You Will Find on Each Product Page

Some Avelqino items include a detailed size chart with body measurements in inches (bust, waist, hip, and occasionally garment length). Others may simply list the available letter sizes without a chart. A few product descriptions include fit notes such as "regular fit" or "fits true to size." If a size chart is present, it reflects the measurements the designer used for that particular garment—it does not apply to other styles in the collection.

Manual measurements on product pages may carry a tolerance of approximately 0.4–1.2 inches, as noted on several items. Keep that range in mind when comparing your own numbers.

Taking Your Body Measurements

Most Avelqino size charts are based on body measurements, not the finished dimensions of the garment. To get accurate numbers, use a soft measuring tape and wear form-fitting undergarments or no clothing at all. Stand naturally with your arms relaxed at your sides.

Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level and parallel to the floor. Do not pull tight—the tape should rest snugly against the skin without compressing.

Waist: Find your natural waistline (the narrowest part of your torso, typically just above the navel). Measure around this point with the tape held comfortably close.

Hip: Measure around the widest part of your hips and upper buttocks, usually about 7–9 inches below the waist. Keep the tape horizontal all the way around.

Garment length (when listed): This is a finished-product measurement, not a body measurement. It tells you how long the dress or top is from a reference point (often the shoulder or neckline) to the hem. Compare it to a garment you already own and like the length of, rather than to your own body.

Comparing Your Numbers to the Product Page

Once you have your body measurements, look at the size chart on the specific product page. Match your bust, waist, and hip numbers to the ranges listed for each size. If your measurements fall into different size columns (for example, your bust suggests M but your hip suggests L), consider which area is most critical for that style—a fitted bodice may matter more than a flowing skirt, while a column silhouette may depend more on hip ease.

Some product descriptions offer fit guidance. For instance, one evening gown notes it has a regular fit and recommends sizing up if you are between sizes or prefer more room through the bust and hips. Another halter top states it fits true to size and suggests choosing based on your bust measurement. Follow the guidance given on the page you are viewing, because it reflects that specific garment's construction.

Size Ranges Vary by Style

Not every Avelqino item comes in the same set of sizes. You will see ranges from S–2XL on some styles and XS–3XL on others. If the size you need is not listed on a product page, that option is not currently available for that item.
